13. AI Analysis Credits
Our AI-powered features operate using a credit system. Your purchase includes generous AI analysis credits (5,000-15,000 tokens worth $100-300) sufficient for hundreds of crop analyses and AI expert chats. Each AI interaction (expert chat, vision diagnosis, etc.) consumes credits based on the complexity of the task. If additional credits are required, they are available for purchase at competitive rates. Credit usage is transparent and tracked in your dashboard. Unused credits do not expire and remain available for future use. We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing to reflect AI service costs.
14. Lifetime Access Policy
The 'One-Time Payment' or 'Lifetime Deal' provides access to OnlyCrops AI for the 'lifetime' of the product. This means the service remains available as long as the product is actively maintained and supported by us as a commercial offering. While we intend to support OnlyCrops AI for many years, we reserve the right to discontinue or transition the service should it become commercially unviable. In such a rare event, we will provide reasonable notice to all active users.
